Mr. Lance Millis is an Academic Counselor in the
 College of Education at Oklahoma State University.

He was also the Pistol Pete mascot for the 1987-1988 school year.

I believe the former mascot for Oklahoma State University needs a keepsake rig
built by an OSU alumni who is a graduate of the
Saddle Making Certification Program at OSU Okmulgee.

Lance is a friend of mine,,,
so I decided to create this "Pete" rig for his memory wall.
 

Once you strut your Cowboy Stuff,,,
You never forget how it goes.

He still wears the rig like a true gunslinger of the old west.
